Little Mocho Farm

The Story of Little Mocho Farm

Little Mocho Farm, purchased by Barnie's parents Wayne and Naomi Brotherton in June 2021, nestles in the serene countryside near Childswickham, Worcestershire.

Formerly a dairy farm turned racing yard, the 24-acre property had not seen a horse in over 30 years when the family moved in and started to transform Little Mocho.

Now, two years later, it flourishes as both a home and a budding enterprise, boasting facilities for competition and schooling liveries, alongside hosting clinics led by Barnie, Karen Nicholas Eacock, and other esteemed instructors.

Equipped with a 60 x 30 outdoor school with mirrors and lighting, a grass dressage arena and a field featuring occasional XC fences. All harmonising with native wildlife, the farm thrives under Naomi's parents' conservation efforts.

The yard has a very homely feel with12 of the 18 stables refurbished to perfection, with concrete floors, top quality rubber matting, fresh paint and rear viewing windows.

While the house patiently awaits its transformation, Little Mocho Farm stands as a testament to dedication and passion for equestrian excellence.
